Delivery questions
How long does delivery take?
Every SMODX watch is made to order, so it usually arrives within 5–15 business days (about 1–3 weeks) after you order. The product page and your cart show the estimated delivery dates.
My tracking hasn't updated. Is that normal?
The first scan can take a few business days to appear after dispatch. If nothing has changed for more than 7 days, contact us with your order number and we will check it with the carrier.
