SMODX is an independent watch store. SMODX watches are not affiliated with or endorsed by any other watch brand.
Where do orders ship from?
Every watch is made to order and ships from the United States.
How much is shipping?
Free US shipping on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Every SMODX watch is made to order, so it usually arrives within 5–15 business days (about 1–3 weeks) after you order. The product page and your cart show the estimated delivery dates.
Do I have to pay import duties?
No import duties to pay on US orders.
How do I track my order?
We email you when your order ships, with a tracking number when the carrier provides one. You can also follow it on our Track your order page.
Can I return my watch?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. See our refund policy for how it works.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, every watch has a 12-month warranty.
Which payment methods can I use?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout. Checkout is handled by Shopify, so we never see or store your full card details.
